Michael founded MS2 Bilingual after seeing how traditional recruitment fees and practices often felt excessive, unclear, and unfair to Employers. He wanted to provide Canadian businesses with a more transparent, affordable, and accountable alternative, without compromising candidate quality or service.<\/span><\/p>

Drawing on his experience as both an executive and hiring leader, Michael understands that successful recruitment requires more than matching r\u00e9sum\u00e9s. It requires understanding the role, properly assessing communication skills, and finding candidates who fit the organization. Today, Michael and the MS2 Bilingual team support employers throughout the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, bilingual language assessment, interviews, reference and background checks, and successful placement.<\/span><\/p>

Michael holds an MBA from Cornell University and Queen\u2019s University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, and the CPA and CMA professional designations.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
